Tickwire is operated by Tickwire Labs, whose address is 10, Ferrari Close, Alpha Grace Estate, Ibadan, Ibadan-Dugbe, Oyo State, Nigeria, 200285. These terms are between you (the affiliate) and Tickwire Labs (“we”, “us”). They add to our terms of service and acceptable use policy, which still apply. You accept them when you join the program in the dashboard. Version 2026-10-19.
The program
- You get a code and a link (
https://tickwire.io/?ref=YOURCODE). - A customer who signs up from your link, or types your code at checkout, pays a lower price for as long as they stay subscribed. You earn a share of the list price of each payment they make. The current numbers are on the affiliates page and in your dashboard.
- A link counts for 60 days in the browser that followed it. The first affiliate a customer comes from keeps that customer. A customer can use one code only.
- Only new customers count: an organisation that has not subscribed or paid before.
Rules
You must not:
- Spam. No unsolicited email, direct messages, comments or posts. Follow the rules of every place you post in.
- Bid on our name. No paid search ads on “Tickwire” or any misspelling of it, and no ads that look like they come from us.
- Mislead. No claims about profits, returns, results or features that we don’t make ourselves. Don’t say Tickwire gives trading or investment advice. Don’t pretend to be us.
- Refer yourself. You can’t earn on your own organisation, an organisation you are a member of, or accounts you control. Don’t use fake or duplicate accounts.
- Use your code with a coupon site or any site that only lists codes.
If you break these rules we can pause or remove you, cancel earnings that are not yet paid, and ask for earnings back that came from the breach.
Earnings and payouts
- 30-day hold. Each earning is held for 30 days after the customer’s payment. Then it is ready to pay.
- Refunds and chargebacks. A refund or chargeback of a payment cancels the earning on it. If we already paid you for it, we can take it off a later payout.
- $20 minimum. We pay when at least $20 (USD) is ready. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- Monthly, by hand. We send payouts once a month to the payout email in your dashboard. A payout covers whole earnings, oldest first. You pay any fees your side charges and any taxes on what you earn.
- Amounts are in US dollars and are worked out from the list price, before any tax.
Pausing and ending
- We can pause your code, for example while we look into a complaint. A paused code doesn’t work for new customers. You keep earning on the customers you already have.
- If we remove you, your code stops working and no new earnings are added. Earnings already ready to pay are still paid, unless they came from a breach of these terms.
- You can leave at any time by writing to hello@tickwire.io.
Changes
We can change or end the program, including the price reduction, your share, the hold and the minimum. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard. Earnings from payments made before a change keep the old terms.
Other
You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent. Nothing here lets you make promises for us. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the courts of Nigeria. Questions: hello@tickwire.io.
