You don't pick a plan. We bill the cheapest one for the accounts you run (Pro from 55 accounts on a shared address, or from 47 with an own address; Premium from 101). You can enter a discount code when you subscribe.
When you pay. Signing up is free. Starting the free trial needs a card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial unless you upgrade. The first charge is when the trial ends after 7 days, or when you upgrade, if that is sooner. While your subscription is active, the minimum is one account ($12 a month on a shared address, or $14 with an own address), even if all your accounts are parked or removed. To stop paying, cancel your subscription on the Billing page of your dashboard.

For prop firms and brokers that whitelist an IP, choose an own address. No other customer uses it while you hold it. It is $14 an account, for every account. On a shared address, Starter is $12 an account. The free trial stays on a shared address. Pro and Premium include the addresses those accounts need.
No other customer ever gets your address. If your accounts are parked, we hold it for 30 days, then release it. A released address is never given to anyone else.
Payments go through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. It runs the card checkout and charges your card. Prices are in US dollars, before any tax. You enter a discount code when you subscribe. On the Billing page of your dashboard you can replace your card or cancel your subscription.
