The broker allows this operation on real-money accounts only, and this account is not one. Nothing was executed.

What it means
You see this code in the retcode of a trade result, from OrderSend() in MQL5 or order_send() in Python.
Some operations are enabled by the broker only on real-money accounts. Sent from any other account type, they come back with 10032.
It is rare in day to day trading. It points at an account setting, not at your request.
Common causes
- A symbol or order type the broker offers on real accounts only.
- Code tested on one account type and then pointed at another.
How to fix it
- Check
account_info().trade_modeto see the account type. - Ask the broker which operations are limited by account type.
Example in Python:
import MetaTrader5 as mt5
# 0 = practice, 1 = contest, 2 = real
print("account type:", mt5.account_info().trade_mode) Is it safe to retry?
No. The answer won't change on this account.
Could the order have executed?
No. Nothing was traded.
