Likely causes:

• The id is mistyped, or belongs to another organisation.
• The entry is older than 14 days, or was removed to keep the organisation within its request-log limits.

What to do: List recent calls with GET /v1/request-logs (filter by requestId) and use an id from there.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
