HTTP 503. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: Our API or the pre-trade hook service is unreachable or slow.

What to do: Retry after Retry-After with the same Idempotency-Key.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
