Likely causes:

• The terminal is starting or reconnecting.
• The broker server is unreachable or rejected the login.

What to do: Retry with backoff and check the account’s health. A trade answered with this was not sent.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
