Likely cause: Something in front of the API answered instead of it, for example during a restart.

What to do: Repeat reads. For a trade, call get_trade_status with the same idempotency_key before sending it again.

Retry: Only with the same Idempotency-Key (or clientId). The first attempt may have executed; never resend a trade blindly.
