The test event was published, but the webhook pipeline could not store or queue it, so your endpoints will not receive it.

HTTP 503.

Likely cause: POST /v1/webhook-events/trigger while webhook storage or the delivery queue is failing.

What to do: Retry later with a new Idempotency-Key. Running tickwire listen sessions still received the event. If it persists, check the status page and contact support with the requestId.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
