Likely causes:

• A read could not reach the database, even after one retry on a fresh connection (listings such as connected apps and dedicated IPs).
• OAuth (Sign in with Tickwire): client registration is at capacity.

What to do: Retry after Retry-After seconds (when sent), or later.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
