Signal webhook: the symbol is not in the webhook's allowed_symbols.

HTTP 403. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: allowed_symbols is set and this symbol is not on it.

What to do: Add the symbol to allowed_symbols, or send the alert for an allowed symbol. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
