HTTP 403. Nothing reached the broker.

**Likely cause:** allowed_symbols is set and this symbol is not on it.

**What to do:** Add the symbol to allowed_symbols, or send the alert for an allowed symbol. Nothing was sent.

**Retry:** No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
