HTTP 429.

Likely causes:

• Retry payment was pressed less than 2 minutes after the last try.
• 5 manual tries were made in the last 24 hours.

What to do: Wait for Retry-After, or use a different card. Nothing was charged.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
