Error name in a streaming error: the account's terminal is not connected, or the account is not subscribed on this connection.

Likely causes:

• The terminal is starting, reconnecting or stopped.
• A request for an account this connection has not subscribed to.

What to do: Subscribe to the account first. If it is subscribed, wait for the terminal to connect (see Health) and retry.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
