> Error name in a streaming error: the account's terminal is not connected, or the account is not subscribed on this connection.

WebSocket error frame.

**Likely causes:**

- The terminal is starting, reconnecting or stopped.
- A request for an account this connection has not subscribed to.

**What to do:** Subscribe to the account first. If it is subscribed, wait for the terminal to connect (see [Health](https://tickwire.io/docs/health/)) and retry.

**Retry:** Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after `Retry-After` when present.
