The MCP endpoint was called without a sign-in or an agent key.

HTTP 401. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely causes:

• The AI app has not signed in with Tickwire yet.
• No Authorization: Bearer … header (or X-Tickwire-Agent-Key) was sent.

What to do: Sign in with Tickwire from the AI app (it follows the WWW-Authenticate header in this answer), or send an agent key as Authorization: Bearer twag_….

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
