Likely cause: An incident given a maintenance status (scheduled, in_progress, completed), or the reverse.

What to do: Incidents use investigating, identified, monitoring, resolved; maintenance uses scheduled, in_progress, completed.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
