HTTP 400. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely causes:

• A reason code that is not too_expensive, missing_feature, technical_problems, not_trading, moved_service or other.
• A note that is not a string.

What to do: Send one of the listed reasons, or leave the reason out. Both are optional.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
