HTTP 400. Nothing reached the broker.

**Likely causes:**

- A reason code that is not too_expensive, missing_feature, technical_problems, not_trading, moved_service or other.
- A note that is not a string.

**What to do:** Send one of the listed reasons, or leave the reason out. Both are optional.

**Retry:** No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
