The agent key is missing, invalid or revoked.

HTTP 401. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: No X-Tickwire-Agent-Key header, or a revoked key.

What to do: Send a valid agent key (twag_…).

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
