An unexpected failure inside Tickwire.

HTTP 500. Unknown: it may have executed. Resolve it with the same idempotency key before acting.

Likely cause: A bug or an unexpected state.

What to do: Reads: retry. Mutations: repeat only with the same Idempotency-Key. If the answer has created_id, a credential (key, token or hook secret) was created before the failure: revoke or rotate it by that id. Report the requestId if it persists.

Retry: Only with the same Idempotency-Key (or clientId). The first attempt may have executed; never resend a trade blindly.
