hold_expired

A held order expired before a decision; it was not and will not be executed.

HTTP 409. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: The pre-trade hook did not approve in time.

What to do: Send a new order with a new Idempotency-Key if still wanted.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
