The sign-in, verify or reset email could not be made or sent.

HTTP 502.

Likely causes:

• Our sign-in service did not make the link.
• Our email server did not accept the message.

What to do: Try again. The dashboard falls back to the standard sign-in email.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
