The API key or token that sent this order was revoked or deleted.

HTTP 401. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: The key was revoked, possibly while the order was held.

What to do: Use a current key. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
