The account exists but has no running terminal.

HTTP 404. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: The account is undeployed, parked, or its deployment failed.

What to do: Deploy the account, then retry. Its health routes still answer (200, status down, with the state and reason code), so read GET /users/current/accounts/{id}/health to see why it is not running.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
