Error name for a rate limit on the `/users/current/…` routes; `metadata.recommendedRetryTime` says when to retry.

HTTP 429.

Likely causes:

• Too many requests for this token, account or IP.
• All concurrent market-data request slots are in use.

What to do: Wait for Retry-After (or recommendedRetryTime), then retry.

Retry: Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after Retry-After when present.
