Signal webhook: the signal webhook was revoked.

HTTP 401, 409. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely causes:

• The webhook was revoked, possibly while an order it sent was held (401).
• A change was asked for a revoked webhook (409).

What to do: Create a new signal webhook. A revoked one can’t be used or changed. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
