Signal webhook: this alert is still being handled by an earlier delivery.

HTTP 409. Unknown: it may have executed. Resolve it with the same idempotency key before acting.

Likely cause: TradingView, or your own sender, sent the same alert twice at once.

What to do: Send the same alert again (same alert_id, or the same body) after Retry-After to get its result. Do not send it as a new alert: its orders may execute.

Retry: Only with the same Idempotency-Key (or clientId). The first attempt may have executed; never resend a trade blindly.
