outside_trading_hours

Signal webhook: the alert came outside the webhook's trading hours, so the new trade was not opened.

HTTP 422. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: trading_hours is set and the alert arrived outside its days or times.

What to do: Closing still works at any time. Change trading_hours if the trade should be allowed. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
