Signal webhook: the alert's time can't be read.

HTTP 400, 422. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely causes:

• time is not an ISO 8601 time or a Unix time.
• time has no timezone. Tickwire never assumes UTC.

What to do: Use "time": "{{timenow}}", which ends in Z. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
