Likely cause: on_opposite is keep_both, or on_same_side is add. A netting account holds one position per symbol, so neither can work.

What to do: Pick another on_opposite or on_same_side setting, or use a hedging account. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
