Signal webhook: this webhook has a max alert age, so the alert must say when it fired.

HTTP 422. Nothing reached the broker.

Likely cause: max_alert_age_s is set and the alert message has no time.

What to do: Add "time": "{{timenow}}" to the alert message, or clear max_alert_age_s. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
