Likely cause: The size and the stop loss together risk more than max_risk_pct of the risk basis (balance, equity or the fixed amount).

What to do: Use a smaller size or a closer stop loss, or raise max_risk_pct. Nothing was sent.

Retry: No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
