**Likely causes:**

- Triggering a test event (POST /v1/webhook-events/trigger) with a type that does not exist.
- Filtering a webhook listener's events with a type or family that does not exist.

**What to do:** Use a type from GET /v1/webhook-event-types, or a family wildcard such as trade.*.

**Retry:** No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
