# sandbox_key_restricted

HTTP 403. Nothing reached the broker.

**Likely causes:**

- Creating a webhook, pre-trade hook, agent key, API key or token, or another sandbox key with a key from POST /v1/sandbox/signup.
- Creating, changing or deleting a risk-management tracker or guard rule (or resetting trading statistics) with such a key. Reading trackers, statistics and metrics stays allowed.
- A sandbox key whose restrictions we could not confirm, on a risk-management write (it fails closed).

**What to do:** Sign in, then create a sandbox key with POST /v1/sandbox/keys using your live key; it has full rights inside your sandbox.

**Retry:** No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
