WebSocket error frame. Unknown: it may have executed. Resolve it with the same idempotency key before acting.

**Likely cause:** The execution service or the terminal did not answer in time.

**What to do:** Retry with the same `requestId` to learn the real outcome. Never send a new trade blindly.

**Retry:** Only with the same `Idempotency-Key` (or `clientId`). The first attempt may have executed; never resend a trade blindly.
