HTTP 503. Nothing reached the broker.

**Likely causes:**

- The terminal is starting or reconnecting.
- The broker server is unreachable.

**What to do:** Retry after Retry-After; check account health.

**Retry:** Yes. Nothing happened (or it was a read), so repeat it, after `Retry-After` when present.
