# driver_error

`driver_error` is used between Tickwire's own services, for example between a trading server or a terminal and Tickwire. The public API does not return it, so your application should not see it, and there is nothing for you to change.

If an API response or a webhook does show it, send the error's `requestId` to support and we will look into it. Every code the API returns is listed in [Errors](https://tickwire.io/docs/errors/).
