**Likely causes:**

- The resource already exists.
- An Idempotency-Key or clientId was reused for a different request.

**What to do:** Read the Tickwire code in `code` (or `tickwireError`) for the exact reason.

**Retry:** No. The same request gets the same answer; change something first.
